It's easy to edit to add your date and location info. Just be sure that when you edit it, you add that it will be a painting party. It'll get everyone even more excited for the big day, and they may want to pick an outfit they feel comfortable painting in!

One thing we really like about this invitation is that it works really well for a kids party or a teen party. It's not too cutesy, not too grown up! It's just the right amount of fun and eye-catching.

DON'T FORGET THE SNACKS!

Painting is sure to make the kiddos hungry! We always recommend finger-foods when throwing a painting party. Eating a heavy plate of food with lots of sauces while holding a paint brush in one hand is sure to be a huge mess for everyone involved. Let's avoid that!

Anything mess-free that you can eat a little at a time is going to be the best. Creating a snack tray for the letters in POW, as pictured here, is an adorable way to display a snack that is otherwise super simple. You can also see that the popcorn boxes are a fun pop of color, but there's nothing complicated about serving popcorn!

Serve one fun dessert like a cute cake or themed cookies, and you're golden!
