Finding unique and fun fundraising opportunities for schools can be such a challenge. You want families to be engaged and excited about the events that you put together! That's where The Sketching Pad comes in! Supporting the schools that make our community great is so close to our hearts. 

A PAINTING PARTY SPIRIT NIGHT AT YOUR SCHOOL IS THE ANSWER!

​When you book a painting party spirit night with the Sketching Pad, you have an opportunity to raise money for your school in a fun and easy way! We'll provide all of the project supplies and instruction, so all you have to do is share the event with your school's families!

​THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE
​

• We work together to set a date and time for the event.
• We work together to advertise the event.
• On the chosen date and time, we'll bring all of the project supplies to the school and will handle all set up and clean up. All you'll need to do is provide tables, chairs and any refreshments or decorations you might want!

THE MORE FAMILIES PARTICIPATE, THE MORE YOU EARN!

There are several packages you can choose from, which are outlined in detail below. The fundraising works on a system of tiers. The more participation you have, the higher a percentage you earn!

0-10 Painters: 0%
10-20 Painters: 10%
20-40 Painters: 25%
40+ Painters: 30%

PACKAGE #1: CANVAS PAINTING PARTY!

• Choose a specific canvas painting design for all participants to paint, or ask us to design one specifically for your school! It can be your mascot, something seasonal, or whatever you like.
• Participants can choose between several canvas sizes:
  • Large (16"x20"): $30
  • Medium (11"x14"): $20
  • Small (8"x10"): $15
• Our friendly and experienced instructors will demonstrate the painting step-by-step for your guests!
• Provide juice or lemonade to make it a family-friendly sip and paint!
• All supplies, including art supplies, table coverings, and aprons are provided by The Sketching Pad.

PACKAGE #2: FALL FAMILY FUN NIGHT!

• Participants will get to choose from a wide variety of fall-themed pottery painting and canvas painting options!
• Painters will be charged for the project of their choice, with prices ranging from $10-30.
• Our friendly and experienced instructors will assist painters individually by walking through the room and giving customized instruction to each person. Don't worry! This is how our drop in hours work at the studio, and everyone will get plenty of assistance and direction.
• Provide refreshments or decorations to customize your event!
• All supplies, including art supplies, table coverings, and aprons are provided by The Sketching Pad.

PACKAGE #3: CHRISTMAS PAINTING PARTY!

• Painters will get to choose from dozens of Christmas-themed pottery painting and canvas painting options, including high-quality ceramic ornaments!
• Painters will be charged for the project of their choice, with prices ranging from $10-30.
• Some schools choose to specifically offer only Christmas ornaments, and that's fine! Families love painting ornaments.
• Our friendly and experienced instructors will assist painters individually by walking through the room and giving customized instruction to each person. Don't worry! This is how our drop in hours work at the studio, and everyone will get plenty of assistance and direction.
• Provide refreshments or decorations to customize your event!
• All supplies, including art supplies, table coverings, and aprons are provided by The Sketching Pad.

PACKAGE #4: WINTER WONDERLAND PAINTING!

• Participants will select from several winter-themed paintings, like snowmen, hot chocolate, snowy landscapes, and more!
• Painters will be charged for the project of their choice, with prices ranging from $10-30.
• Our friendly and experienced instructors will assist painters individually by walking through the room and giving customized instruction to each person. Don't worry! This is how our drop in hours work at the studio, and everyone will get plenty of assistance and direction.
• Provide refreshments or decorations to customize your event!
